Open from Tuesday to Sunday between 09:00 and 17:00. Closed on Mondays.

All visitors entering the Museum agree to abide by the visitor regulations

1. Visitors wearing slippers, sandals, or bare feet are not permitted.
2. Food, drinks, and dangerous items are strictly prohibited inside the exhibition halls.
3. Animals are not allowed in the Museum under any circumstance, unless you are a disabled visitor accompanied by a guide, assistant or companion animal.
4. Visitors must not touch any collection object on open display, including sculpture or stonework, except as part of our organised events, which include Touch tours and object handling activities.
5. Any behavior likely to cause annoyance to other visitors or confusion of any kind is not permitted.
6. Visitors must not smoke anywhere in the Museum (and this prohibition extends to the use of electronic cigarettes and vaping products).
7. Chewing gum and betel nuts are strictly prohibited.
8. Backpacks, travel bags, and luggage (portable objects larger than A3 paper) must be deposited at the museum lockers.

1. Open to children aged 3 to 12 years old and the companies only.
2. Opening hours: 09:00 to 17:00 (Last entry: 16:30).
3. Visitors should take off your shoes, wear socks, and place your shoes in the shoe cabinet.
4. MUST NOT run within the gallery and touch any collection object.
5. Visitors are not allowed to consume food and drink inside. If being hydrated is needed, please go outside the gallery.
6. In consideration of pandemic prevention, a maximum of 30 visitors are permitted in the room at once, and every 1.5 hours, the room will be closed for 30 minutes for sanitization.
