In order to promote the city, we render free guided tours for group visits, inclusive of English tour:
- Groups with 15 people or more are allowed to make a reservation for museum tour in advance.
- Each group tour is limited to 100 individuals, and only 2 tours will be conducted simultaneously.

Regular Public Tours on Weekends
- Public tours are free with Museum admission, and do not require tickets or reservations.
- Each tour is limited to 36 individuals, and a valid proof of ID (ID card, driver’s license, or passport) is required to be deposited for the audio touring equipment, which will be returned to the visitors upon the return of the equipment.

- Please assemble at the entrance of the Chiayi Municipal Museum 5 minutes before to your reservation time. If you expect being late, please inform us in advance at 05-2780303. If you are more than 20 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel the guided tour.
- The group leader must introduce the visitor regulations beforehand. Masks are required during the visit to comply with the Museum’s pandemic prevention measures.
- Food and drinks are strictly prohibited inside the museum. Please keep your volume down and avoid using camera flashes in the exhibition rooms.
- The applicant's information (group name, applicant's name, contact/cell phone number, email address, etc.) is required to register for museum promotion activities such as guided tour reservations. We are comitted to secure your personal information.
- If your personal information is stolen, leaked, tampered with, or otherwise violated due to natural disasters, accidents, or other force majeure, the Museum will notify you by calling, e-mail, or online notice.
